Help, my device has frozen after upgrading to a new version.
If after updating your version of Pet Bugs (or any other app for that matter) & you find that running an application freezes your device then don't panic you just need to reset your device.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Once restarted everything will return to normal you will not lose any data. This seems to be a common problem with larger installations, there appears to be less memory available to applications immediately after an install.
How do I purchase your software?
All iPhone and iTouch applications may be purchased through the Apple App Store; through either in iTunes on your desktop PC, or directly onto your mobile device from the mobile App Store. Within the store you can search for the applications by name, i.e. "Pet Bugs".
How much does it cost?
The price of each application is listed in the App Store. The price will vary depending on your Currency and the current Exchange Rates.
Are there demo versions available?
Where applicable demo versions may be released to let you try-before-you-buy. These will be free but will likely have some form limited functionality. The term 'Lite' is generally used to differentiate such an application from the fully-featured one.
Do I get free upgrades?
Yes, updates are provided free of charge through the iTunes App Store. This applies to all of our applications. Once you have bought an application you will continue to get any new features that are released for free.

How do I report a bug?
Just fill out and submit the bug report form. Please take the time to clearly describe everything you can about the issue, including the version of OS/firmware you are running.
